looking great jesse! What's the diet looking like these days? Has the weight gain affected your deadlift for good or worse?

Diet has stayed consistant for a long time now. weight gain is always slow for me. I eat 3lbs of ground beef at 3 sittings and 3-4 shakes. only carbs are milk, Met-Rx meal replacements, complex carb drink during evening training, brown rice, yams, potatos and sometimes yogurt. Loads of veggies. I eat fish instead of beef a couple times a week.

Deadlift is at an all time high. My whole posterior chain is in really good shape because I've been able to train it really hard for several months while only squatting light/medium weights. Not squatting hard and pulling hard has produced the expected results...
